Very rare and hard to find. I have never seen a hat like this, usually I find leather purses with tooled flowers, but not hats.
This hat is a classic example of 1970s western leathercraft, a style that merged traditional rancher gear with the boho hippie and Woodstock aesthetic of the era.

Heavy whipstitch lacing along the edges of the brim and crown.
Braided leather hatband with a central Concho accent.
