Vintage 1960s Mid-Century Modern Silver Polkadot Cocktail Caddy 13 Piece Bar Set

The metallic finish on the glass is called lusterware, created by applying a platinum based liquid glaze to the glass and firing it a second time at a lower temperature. This gave the silver design its characteristic reflective, mirror-like quality.

Condition: The caddy has some tarnish from age on the chrome plating. One shot glass has a chip on the bottom from being dropped is my guess. The glass still sits fine on the table but does have a rough area on the bottom. bucket has some signs of use with scratches. Overall signs of use. Nothing detracts from the beauty it's signs of use from being old and a delicate nature with the silver glaze.
