Nos Vintage 80s Overland Sheepskin Co. Shearling Viking Mongolian Warm Winter Hat

Overland Sheepskin Co. was an iconic American outerwear and luxury goods brand founded in 1973. The brand was renowned for premium sheepskin coats, jackets, hats and home accents.

During the 1980s Overland leaned heavily into creating highly stylized theatrical winter headwear.

- Shearling Nomadic winter hat built from multiple wedge-shaped panels of sheepskin.
- The panels are bound together with prominent, decorative raised stitched seams that taper sharply toward the peak.
- The base features a thick, wide, upturned cuff lined with dense fur.
- The crown culminates in a distinct soft fur pom-pom.

Condition: New old stock, never worn. I purchased the hat brand new in its original bag shown in the last pic.
