Vintage Late 1970s Nordstrom Gold & Silver DISCO Era Deco Style Hard-Shell Minaudiere Metal Evening Clutch

While the shape honors the geometric precision of the 1920s Art Deco movement, the materials and execution are pure Studio 54 era disco glam. Disco fashion was entirely focused on textures that interacted with light.

Made in Hong Kong tag is still intact.

- Elongated rounded rectangular shape with a rigid, solid metal shell.
- Two-tone gold and silver color.
- The metal is highly reflective like a mirror.
- Closes tightly with a dual bar top lift clasp.
- Long twisted link chain strap.
- The purse can be used as a clutch, the strap and hinges swing down inside for a sleek, handheld minaudiere.

Condition: Excellent with light signs of use. No pitting, no rust, no deep scratches, no tarnish, interior is clean.
